Inmate Commissary Deposits
Money can be deposited into an inmate's commissary account through the following methods:
Online / Phone
Use the TouchPay system at touchpaydirect.com or call 1-866-232-1899.
Kiosk
TouchPay kiosks are located in the lobby of the Jefferson County Detention Facility. Accepts cash and credit/debit cards.
Money orders only (no cash or personal checks) may be mailed to the facility. Include the inmate's full name and ID number.
